These Terms govern your use of cruitbook.com and purchases from Cruitbook. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

Use the store lawfully. You may not commit fraud, use unauthorized payment methods, interfere with security, distribute malware, impersonate others, or infringe legal rights.

We may reasonably restrict access where needed to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations.

2. Products and Availability

Cruitbook offers fashion clothing, dresses, coats, and shoes. Product availability may change, and placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

Review product descriptions, sizing, measurements, care instructions, prices, and available options before ordering.

Colors or appearance can vary slightly with photography, lighting, screens, or normal manufacturing variation. This does not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about a resolution or cancel and refund the affected item.

3. Prices, Currency, and Charges

The applicable price and currency are displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Review quantities, discounts, taxes, delivery options, and the final total before submitting payment.

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount. Any optional paid delivery service is disclosed before purchase.

We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors. If a material error affects an unfulfilled order, we will seek your agreement before charging any increased amount or cancel and refund the affected order.

4. Orders and Payments

Provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing details and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. It does not by itself confirm dispatch or prevent cancellation for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable refund is issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Standard estimates are 1–3 business days for processing, 5–10 business days in transit, and 6–13 business days total.

Business days for these estimates are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping timeframe or cancellation of the unshipped order for a full refund.

For order changes or cancellations, email info@cruitbook.com promptly. Requests may not be possible once fulfillment starts. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy provides the complete conditions.

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days after you receive the return instructions.

Voluntary returns are arranged and paid for by the customer. Cruitbook covers necessary return shipping for issues confirmed to be our responsibility. No restocking fee applies.

Within 5 business days after receiving your return, we complete inspection, notify you of the decision, and submit any approved refund to the original payment method.

Our business days for this process are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Bank posting may take approximately 5–10 additional business days, according to the bank or payment provider's calendar.

We do not offer direct exchanges; eligible returns and new orders are handled separately.

7. Shopify and Privacy

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information needed to operate the store and checkout.

If Shopify Network Intelligence or enhanced services are enabled, Shopify may use visit and purchase information together with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide those services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries.

Our Privacy Policy explains information practices and applicable choices, including Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy portal.

8. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

Store text, branding, images, and other content belong to their respective owners or are used under applicable permissions. Commercial copying or use requires authorization unless permitted by law.

If you submit a review or other public content, you must have the right to share it and avoid unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. We may display submitted public reviews for the purpose for which they were submitted.

9. Website Availability and Liability

We aim to keep the store accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, or technical errors may occur.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting solely from temporary website unavailability. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory rights relating to goods or services.

10. Updates and Contact

The Terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order, subject to mandatory law. We update the date above when these Terms change.
